  The party I was in arrived and was greeted and sat right way. We ordered our food and received our award winning pop overs. Then we received our main course. I personally ordered the New country fried chicken. I was not impressed and when the manager asked if everything was good I told him I wasn't impressed with it. He asked me what was wrong with it and I said the seasoning didn't taste that great. Then he walked away and never returned not even asking me if there was anything else they could do. I waited 5 minutes and then asked the waitress if they could make me a country fried steak instead. She grabbed the plate and said sure. She brought the food without the country style gravy on it and I asked if i could get some. She said she would bring a side dish with some in it (I never received the gravy before we left). Over all...bad ending service with poor attitude from the manager and waitress. We've always had the best experience here but now...WHAT HAPPEND?

  Ate there 1-18-17. Usually good food and usually good service. Hostess was not friendly, did not offer to get a high chair, sat us at a booth when we definitely had asked for a table. (They were not busy). The food was atrocious - liver - cooked almost like shoe leather and the potato cubes accompanying the liver were hard. dry & unedible.; hot roast beef sandwich gravy made with corn starch so it was thick & slimy. Kids french toast and sausage was okay. Chicken fried steak lacked flavor. I have always gone to McCormicks - will be a while before we go back....

  Had something new on the menu it was chicken breast with gravy on it. What it was was a breaded chicken patty with gavy not what I expected. I dont known why people think there the best ! And the gentleman walking around asking is everything OK he look like he rolled out of bed put a tie on .
