  Honestly this was the worst experience of birthday cakes I have ever seen. It looked nothing like what I ordered, it was suppose to have fondant instead of butter cream (apparently she ordered the fondant and it never came in shipment) but none the less a bakery if professional is suppose to make their own fondant! She was rude, uncaring and has no passion for what she does. I could have made my own cake and it would have looked way better than what I got from her. She didn't take criticism very well from me, as well as from what I have heard from many people. And yes I ordered my belly cake from when I was pregnant but I couldn't get it due to having my son 17 weeks premature. But back to the birthday cake. She called me at 8am, 5 hours before my son's 2nd Birthday party telling me she had no fondant and made up the cake without asking me what I wanted. It was so bad that I had to pipe my own lettering for my son so we could read it. Way to expensive for a less than mediocre cake that I could've made myself. Piping letters where so bad that I had to respite it also the letters from original Piped icing was so dark you could barely read it! Terrible presentation all around. Luckily the cake tasted decent or I would be furious. Possibly still wanting a full refund bit, but doubt she would give it back to me.
  
  My dad was a professional chef and baker/cake decorator and was absolutely disgusted with the outcome of my son's cake, as well as many friends and family!
  
  Looks like the pinterest "Nailed it" meme....it was so bad.
  
  Ridiculous, rude, terrible presentation and disrespectful
  
  I would also like to note that Elena made me cry a few times today, the day of my son's birthday party.
  
  You can't run a business without passion and care about what you do.
  
  What she said to me
  "I don't want any customers like you"
  "It's not my fault that I made you cake, it's how you wanted it"
  "I don't make my fondant, I ordered it"
  "I won't give you my cake if you are threatening me and my buisness by writing a review"
  
  On another note why couldn't she go to Walmart or cash wise to pick up the fondant? Why couldn't she make fondant?
  (Pure laziness, and honestly where is the passion)
  
  The only positive outcome of this disaster of a cake is the women named Natalie from the bakery. She was sincerely kind and apologetic. She made me feel better and she talked to me for a bit. Brava Natalie, you are amazing and you have what it takes to open your own bakery. I really appreciate it.
